Hi everybody!  I’m Josh and was born in Oklahoma, spent a big chunk of my life in the deep South and currently reside in Wichita, Kansas. I’ve been truly honored to be immersed in music from a young age. My dad played a mean banjo, my mom was a classically trained pianist, my brothers picked up a fiddle and mandolin and the rest just fell in to place. As a result of those beloved memories I developed a deep love and passion for music and songwriting that has shaped my life. From failure to success, I’ve tried, in my way, to paint a picture true to the human element in a style we can all relate to. You’ll find Americana, folk, bluegrass and country in all my music and while there is no one genre that incapsulates the sound, the message is the same—you and I are not alone (or that different) in this crazy kaleidoscope of a life. I’ve had the privilege to play in so many awesome bands such as Benjamin Flint and Delano across the country but I’ve currently settled in on a solo journey, tapping in to my roots. The music is venerable, honest and doesn’t hold back. Boy that’s scary!  But true venerability is. In the end I want to have a purposeful life and one that gives back to others. This is my way of doing that.  Find yourself, see yourself, love yourself—then take the gifts you’ve discovered and love others. Thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy the music!
